Kelly Mulligan
Chief Kellaborator
Kelly Mulligan’s greatest strength is also the thing she likes most about every position she’s ever held – the ability to build a good rapport and ongoing relationship with her clients.
Kelly enjoys meeting people, learning about and understanding their businesses, and helping to identify solutions to their business needs. She truly enjoys working with clients, guiding them through the implementation of these solutions.
Kelly relocated to the Territory 8 years ago from Sydney NSW, and spent her first year here working as a tour guide in Kakadu, Litchfield and Nitmiluk National Parks. This made falling in love with the Territory easy, so she made it her home.
Throughout her professional career, Kelly has worked with businesses across many industries so her experience is varied.
She has five years’ experience managing a large local full service creative agency so there’s not a lot of project types she hasn’t played a part in!
Kelly also uses her key strength to collaborate with like-minded subject matter experts in other fields to provide holistic solutions and achieve amazing outcomes.
Dominique van der Toorn
Senior Graphic & Motion Designer
Dominique has over 12 years experience in the creative industry, offering a wide range of skills, such as graphic design, branding, campaigns, digital design, web development, film and animation.
With her diverse skill-set, there’s not much Dom can’t achieve!
Originally from the Netherlands, she graduated with a 4 year degree as a graphic designer at The Graphic Lyceum in Rotterdam, Holland where she did her final 2 years in a Master class.
Her first and foremost objective is to follow her passion with the newest trends in design. She spends her time up-skilling and researching better ways to do things.
Dominique is motivated, not afraid of feedback and thrives on creative solutions to meet the client’s needs.
Dominique is innovative, responsive, and creative.

Ashton Carbone
Graphic Designer
Ashton is our spirited Graphic Designer, born and raised in tropical Darwin. Ashton’s professional path initially led her into the world of government administration (with a few globe-trotting adventures in between). However, she followed her passion and transitioned into the bustling world of creativity and design. She relocated to Sydney to complete a Certificate IV in Graphic Design at Shillington College, where she gained a wealth of hands-on experiences and collaborated with other creatives.
Ashton’s design philosophy is all about crafting captivating narratives through her work, with an interest in branding, packaging, and user interface design.
Ashton is set to make her mark in the dynamic world of design, with an optimistic attitude, a constant thirst for knowledge and a burning ambition for achievement.
With her fresh ideas and an eagerness to keep learning, Kellaborate is super excited to have Ashton on our team!
Elena Caldaci
Graphic Designer
Elena is a multidisciplinary designer who specialises in branding and graphic design. Originally from Italy, Elena has lived in the Northern Territory for over 5 years. Since relocating to the NT, Elena has embraced the Territorian lifestyle with her love of camping, tropical living, and holidays to Bali!
Elena has always had a keen interest for all things creative including visual communication, traditional art, photography, music, drama, fashion and craftsmanship. She has a great knowledge of branding, digital marketing and social media platforms.
Her creative style can be described as modern, clean, minimalistic. Elena believes clarity and minimalism are essential to cut through the noise of a saturated market, and she constantly keeps up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
Elena loves every single bit of the design process and has assisted many businesses and organisations with their design needs. She has over 4 years of experience working with small businesses, corporate organisations, not-for-profits and the NT Government.
Elena understands the challenges of small business, so she loves being able to empower businesses with their marketing and visual communications tools.
